How commission payment works: once we agree on a final price, we'll send a link for a
50% deposit to start the build — the rest is due before shipping. The deposit is
non-refundable if you change your mind after work begins, since it covers materials and time already spent.
Measurements are approximate — finished puppets will be around the listed size, not exact.
Cardboard commissions are rare — paper builds are the strength of the shop.
Up to 5 images, 25 MB each (JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF). Sketches, color refs, OCs, etc.
Hand size, gift message, deadlines, extras — for ready puppets too.
