Our returns policy
Every ready-to-ship puppet is the exact, one-of-a-kind piece pictured — because of that, sales are final once your order ships.
Arrived damaged or defective? Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll work out a refund or replacement — no return shipping required.
Commission deposits are non-refundable once work begins, since they cover materials and time already spent — see the commissions page for details.
